I've always been enthusiastic about training and love a physical challenge , but I'm not a rower. I do not have an elite background but I stepped up to the plate and took on the World Record - to be the fastest female to row 1 million metres. 5 days, 21 hours and 35 minutes later the world record was achieved. Taking almost 11 hours off the record which was held by a German Olympic Rower!

Some might say I have a slightly competitive nature :)
I'm really just an ordinary woman attempting to do the extraordinary - I'm striving to be the first Australia’s First Female to row Solo across the Atlantic Ocean.
This year I face my biggest challenge fueled by passion, reinforced with determination and integrity.
